Chris Koch doesn’t let limitations or obstacles stand in his way. Born without arms and legs, Chris grew up like any other small-town kid — playing road hockey, causing mischief at school, and helping out on his family farm.
Neither Chris nor his family treated his disability like a tragedy. Instead, they approached life with perspective, humour, and determination. Raised in the farming and ranching community of Nanton, Alberta, Chris learned early on that he would not be defined by pity or sympathy. Some tasks took a little longer and had to be done a little differently, but he was always determined to be treated like everyone else.
Today, Chris is a motivational speaker, avid traveler, marathoner, and farmer who shares his story with audiences around the world. His message is simple but powerful: “If I can…”
If Chris can accomplish what he has so far in life, what’s stopping the rest of us from doing the same?

Katy Chen Mazzara is a trauma-informed financial wellness coach based in Los Angeles, California. She works with creative freelancers and entrepreneurs to build sustainable wealth and create financial stability in industries where income is not always predictable.
Before starting her business, Katy spent more than 15 years as a freelance TV producer and development executive for networks and studios including ABC, NBC, and DreamWorks. Like many creatives, she experienced the feast-or-famine cycle and the stress that comes with not knowing what comes next.
Katy transitioned into financial coaching after realizing that traditional money advice often doesn’t work for creatives. She trained through UC Berkeley’s Financial Planning Program and completed a master-level trauma-informed coaching certification, combining practical financial strategy with a deeper understanding of how our nervous system and life experiences shape the way we earn, spend, and save.
Today, Katy helps creatives move out of scarcity, build consistent income, and create a financial life that supports their values, work, and long-term freedom.
She believes financial freedom isn’t just about numbers, it’s about having the ability to make decisions based on your vision, not fear.

Vince Collura has had a front-row seat to every stage of this industry’s evolution, and he’s still deeply in the work. From running workshops to reviewing every photograph that leaves The Collective, Vince stays close to the craft in a way most executives never do. That combination of boardroom experience and ground-level obsession is rare. Almost nobody has both.
He entered real estate media in 2003, when the category barely had a name. He built Gotham Photo Company into New York City’s largest real estate photography operation, then brought it into VHT Studios, where he rose to Chief Operating Officer, drove national partnerships with clients like Fannie Mae, and became part of the leadership team that guided the company through its acquisition by Matterport.
After that chapter closed, not on his terms, Vince didn’t pursue another executive seat. Instead, he founded The Collective with community at its core, surrounding himself with collaborators who believe intention beats automation and that the strongest businesses in this industry are not built on volume alone.
Vince knows exactly how the biggest players think. He chose something different anyway.
