Self-parking & Valet are available at Palms. Shuttle service to and from the airport can be arranged via third-party providers (Not included in PMRE registration fees)

Lunch will be provided during sponsored Lunch & Learn events. Please note that these sessions require advance sign-up during conference registration.
Throughout the conference, we’ll also provide several appetizer and snack breaks, along with Starbucks coffee and water. For additional meals, Palms offers 11 restaurants with options for every price range and appetite.
Note: Food will also be served at the Networking Nightcap Party on November 17.

Conference and workshop registrations are non-refundable. Attendees are strongly encouraged to purchase travel/cancellation insurance. Purchase protection is available. Please see the registration page for details. Emergency circumstances will be considered on an individual basis.

If you are attending a PMRE Workshop, you should ask your workshop host about gear requirements. If you are not attending a workshop, it is not necessary to bring your gear to the conference.
