A preferred room rate has been negotiated for conference attendees. The deadline to take advantage of this rate is October 17th, 2025. Attendees will receive a booking link with their registration confirmation *While supplies last*

Self-parking & Valet are available at Palms free of charge. Shuttle service to and from the airport can be arranged by contacting concierge@palms.com

Scheduled meals are not included, but there will be numerous appetizer/snack breaks provided throughout the day, and Palms offers 11 restaurants for every price range and appetite. *NOTE* Food will be served at the Networking Nightcap Party on Nov, 17th. Starbucks coffee and water will be served throughout the conference.

Attendees must be 18 years or older.

The 2025 PMRE Conference will be available for On-Demand replay via the PMRE+ App.

Conference and workshop registrations are non-refundable. Attendees are strongly encouraged to purchase travel/cancellation insurance. Purchase protection is available. Please see the registration page for details. Emergency circumstances will be considered on an individual basis.

The pre-registration gathering is located in the PMRE Lounge/Vendor Alley (Greene St.)  At the east end of the Casino floor. Ask any Palms team member for directions. Pre-registration will be open from 6:30 pm - 10 pm on Monday, November 17th, 2025.

If you are attending a PMRE Workshop, you should ask your workshop host about gear requirements. If you are not attending a workshop, it is not necessary to bring your gear to the conference.
